TOLL COSTS |
When calculating a route, it is now possible to see the toll costs (vignettes ...) per country, in the respective currency.
Good to know:
Only in Wallonia 21% VAT is applied to the kilometer tax. In Flanders and the Brussels Capital Region no VAT is applied to the kilometer tax.
The kilometer tax in route calculation in TX-CONNECT does NOT include 21% VAT. As a result, toll costs in TX-CONNECT may be different from other online calculators that do include VAT in their calculation (e.g. http://tollcalculator.satellic.be/?setLng=en).
The red colour indicates that this part of the route is a toll route.
For more accurate route and toll cost calculations, it is possible to create personal truck profiles, taking the truck and toll settings into account. Please note that the toll costs are linked to the chosen truck profile.
