FORWARDING

 

This tab page allows you to define which alarms should be forwarded at what time and how they should be forwarded. The grids give you an overview of the current configuration. Click on the Select or Edit button to modify this configuration.

 

 

  1. How to forward?

Via email and/or SMS (payable service (only available on TX-MAX / Quattro+)). Make sure to fill in the email address and / or the forwarding GSM number. This can be done in the "User" tab page, under Settings > Management > Users.
 

  1. When to forward?

Here you can set 3 periods per day, during which the selected alarms should be forwarded. To do so, click the Edit button and select the start and end time of each period.

 

  1. What to forward?

  1. Select the checkbox to forward text messages.

  2. Select the checkbox to forward text messages that where sent to dispatcher groups.

  3. Vehicle alarms

System alarms

Calibration speed pulse alarm

An alarm indicating that the calibration number of the OBC has been changed. This can be a manual change on the OBC or a change in the source used for the calibration.

Driver name modification not successful

An alarm indicating that the task "Changing driver name on smart card" could not be executed. The task will be active during 48 hours on the OBC. If the driver whose name you want to change doesn’t insert his card in the OBC during this period, the command will be deleted.

Date / Time changed

The date or time on the OBC was changed (manually or by a reset).

New blocked vehicle

When adjustable parameters are exceeded, the vehicle ends up on a blocked list.

OBC not on GPRS

An alarm indicating that the on-board computer is no longer transferring information via the GPRS network. It will be sent to the home base when 10 successive messages have been sent via SMS.

Quattro parameters lost

An alarm indicating that the Quattro parameters are lost. This can happen if the driver's card is still in the OBC when charging the Image.

Smart card 90% full

This alarm informs the dispatcher that he needs to remind the driver to read out his card.

Too much GPRS traffic on OBC

Warning when the Quattro makes too many GPRS connections.

Wrong OBC time

An alarm indicating that the date / time of the on-board computer is too much in the past or in the future.
