FORWARDING |
This tab page allows you to define which alarms should be forwarded at what time and how they should be forwarded. The grids give you an overview of the current configuration. Click on the Select or Edit button to modify this configuration.
How to forward?
Via email and/or SMS (payable service). Make sure to fill in the email address and / or the forwarding GSM number. This can be done in the "User" tab page, under Settings > Management > Users.
When to forward?
Here you can set 3 periods per day, during which the selected alarms should be forwarded. To do so, click the Edit button and select the start and end time of each period.
What to forward?
Select the checkbox to forward text messages.
Select the checkbox to forward text messages that where sent to dispatcher groups.
Select the vehicle alarms, external device alarms and system alarms you want to forward.
Vehicle alarms
Activity takes too long, start driving without activation |

Anomaly alarm |
Alarm when an anomaly occurs in the Planning module. |
Corridor alarm |
Alarm when the driver leaves the Corridor. |
Corridor Fencing alarm |
Alarm coming from the OBC, when the driver is not following his secure route. |
Deadline read confirmation exceeded |
Alarm when the driver has not read the message within the deadline that you have configured in the "Send message" screen. |

Engine protection alarm |

EVL alarm |
An alarm sent when the power supply to the on-board computer is interrupted, and EVL (Emergency Vehicle Location) is active. |
Fuel decrease alarm |
The criteria set in the "Fuel decrease alarm" tab page under "Profiles > OBC profiles" are reached. |
GeoFencing alarm |

Multiple driver login |
Alarm when a driver is logged in on several vehicles at the same time. |
Next stop alarm |
Alarm when the driver will be arriving too late at the next stop. |
OBC activated without TX-MAX key or smart card |
Alarm when the OBC is activated without TX-MAX key or smart card. |
Planning activity takes too long |
Alarm when a specific planning item takes too long. |
PTO status alarm |
There is a change in the power take-off status or it takes too long. These criteria can be set in the "PTO status alarm" tab page under "Profiles > OBC profiles". |
Remote tacho download alarm |
The authentication of the RTD has failed. |
Service times exceeded |
The daily / weekly / monthly / variable service times or the quota amplitude are exceeded. |
SOS alarm |
A button on the OBC that, when pressed, gives an alarm and sends the GPS coordinates of the vehicle to the home base. |
Temperature alarm |
The temperature in the cooling unit is higher or lower than the temperature set. |
Theft alarm |
The alarm is on and pulses are coming through, meaning that the vehicle is moving. The alarm can be deactivated with the "Alarm deactivation password" that is shown on the "Identification" tab page under "Management > Drivers". |

System alarms
Calibration speed pulse alarm |
An alarm indicating that the calibration number of the OBC has been changed. This can be a manual change on the OBC or a change in the source used for the calibration. |
Driver name modification not successful |
An alarm indicating that the task "Changing driver name on smart card" could not be executed. The task will be active during 48 hours on the OBC. If the driver whose name you want to change doesn’t insert his card in the OBC during this period, the command will be deleted. |
Date / Time changed |
The date or time on the OBC was changed (manually or by a reset). |
New blocked vehicle |
When adjustable parameters are exceeded, the vehicle ends up on a blocked list. |
OBC not on GPRS |
An alarm indicating that the on-board computer is no longer transferring information via the GPRS network. It will be sent to the home base when 10 successive messages have been sent via SMS. |
Quattro parameters lost |
An alarm indicating that the Quattro parameters are lost. This can happen if the driver's card is still in the OBC when charging the Image. |
Smart card 90% full |
This alarm informs the dispatcher that he needs to remind the driver to read out his card. |
Too much GPRS traffic on OBC |
Warning when the Quattro makes too many GPRS connections. |
Wrong OBC time |
An alarm indicating that the date / time of the on-board computer is too much in the past or in the future. |
