This tab page is only visible when creating a new communication profile.

Here it is possible to assign vehicles to the newly created profile.

New and existing collaboration profiles can also be linked to vehicles under Settings > Management > Vehicles and under Tools > OBC settings by (re)sending a profile.

When creating a new OBC profile, you will be asked if you want to copy the currently selected profile.
