Common functionality

Following are the features and functionalities used across the TX-SERVICE application modules.

Description

Use these options to modify the list selection.

·       All: Click this to select all devices in a table.

·       Inc.: Click this to select the devices you want to include in the selection.

·       Exc.: Click this to select the devices you want to exclude from the selection.

Refresh the data displayed on a page.

Modify the selected devices in a table.

OR

Select the devices and change their configuration settings, simultaneously.

Note: If the selected devices have different settings, all their settings will be synchronized.

Show or hide the unselected rows in a table.

View the devices with all statuses.

Note: The All option is selected, by default.

View the devices that are currently online.

View the devices that are offline for less than 2 hours.

View the devices that are offline for more than 2 hours.

View the active and/or inactive items.

View the configuration history of a device.

Delete the selected item in a table.

Device status:

Indicates:

Device is offline for less than two hours.

Device is offline for more than two hours.

Device is currently online.

Device has never been online.

Device configuration settings values status:

Indicates:

Fully charged

Medium battery

Low battery

Inactive battery

Type keywords to find a specific item in the list.

TX-SERVICE supports partial matches. For example, searching "123" will display all records that contain 123 in the ID number, such as 12301, 45123, or 9812364.

Export the listed items in CSV format.

Fetch the latest sensor data of the device. Next, click to refresh the table with the latest sensor values.

View the diagnostics history of a device.

Reset configuration settings of a device.

Cancel the package that is being installed on a device.
