First log-in

Requirements

Create a vehicle in TX-CONNECT

  1. In TX-CONNECT, go to Settings > Management > Vehicles and click New in the lower right corner.

  2. Next, enter the required vehicle information in the Identification tab: 'Code', 'License plate' and 'Category'.

  1. Next, go to the 'Mobile app information' tab, select TX-FLEX SOLO and complete the configuration part:

  1. Click Save.

Create a driver in TX-CONNECT

  1. In TX-CONNECT, go to Settings > Management > Drivers and click New in the lower right corner.

  2. Next, enter the required driver information in the Identification tab: 'Code' and 'Last name'.

  1. Next, complete the 'MYTRANSICS' part in the 'On-board computer information' tab:

  • 'User ID',

  • 'Email' and

  • 'Company code'.

  1. To set a password reset code for the TX-FLEX user, click 'Set password reset code'. The password reset code must be used by the TX-FLEX user at first log-in (cf. 'Password reset code' below).

  2. Save the created driver by clicking Save.

Password reset code

Set a password reset code, select the desired options and click Save.

IMPORTANT: The password reset code is only valid for 1 week.

 

Available options:

  • Copy info to clipboard: The password reset code is copied to the clipboard.

  • Open mail: After clicking 'Save', an e-mail is opened with the password reset code, which can then be forwarded to the TX-FLEX user.

Installation of TX-FLEX SOLO app

  1. Open the Google Play app on your device:

    OR

    Open your device browser and navigate to play.google.com.

  2. Search for "TX-FLEX SOLO" and select the correct app.

  1. Click INSTALL. The “Download” icon appears in the upper left corner of the screen: .

  2. When the installation is completed successfully, click OPEN.

   

First log-in

  1. After launching the TX-FLEX SOLO app, first grant access to your device functions: location, camera, phone and storage.

  1. Next, enter your credentials:

  • User code (= User ID configured in TX-CONNECT)

  • Password: Upon first connection, enter the password reset code you received via e-mail.
    IMPORTANT: The password reset code is only valid for 1 week and is only required upon first log-in.

  • Vehicle code (= Vehicle code configured in TX-CONNECT)

  1. Click Login.

  1. Enter a new password and confirm it. The new password must contain at least 8 characters and at least 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 numeric and 1 special character (&, @, #, ...).

  2. Click Change password to confirm. Your access to TX-FLEX SOLO has been successfully activated.

Troubleshooting

Installation from unknown sources

(only applicable in case of manual installation (not via Google Play))

Depending on your device's security settings, the installation may be blocked.

In that case, access the security settings in the SETTINGS screen.

Click Lock screen and security and activate Unknown sources to allow the current installation. It is recommended to select “Allow this installation only”.

Click "OK" to confirm.
