It is now possible to assign an existing screen layout to a new user. A screen layout allows you to configure a set of docked modules that are visible in the main application, making it possible to easily switch between them.

Note:

• Please note that you can only assign a layout profile when you create a NEW user (only available for administrators).

• Also, you can only assign layout profiles created by the user who creates the new user. Layout profiles from other users will not be available in the dropdown list.

Load screen layout

This menu will display all screen layouts created by the current user. Select a screen layout to switch.

Manage screen layouts

• Save as new: Save the current screen layout and add it to the list of available screen layouts.

• Update: Load a screen layout, adjust the screen setup and click Update to save the new screen setup.

• Rename: Rename the selected screen layout.

• Delete: Remove the selected screen layout.

When creating a new user under Settings > Management > Users, you can select a layout profile in the "User" tab page.
