As from version 8, a new module shows the RDD status. Starting from this new module, it is also possible to plan the tacho download.

: Request sent to OBC : RDD request successfully received by OBC : RDD request started : Authentication started : Successful authentication : Authentication has failed : Download started : Successful download : Download has failed : No company card selected |

Vehicle |
Vehicle format. This info can be set in Settings > Management > Formatting. |

Technical number |
The technical number of the vehicle, chosen by Transics. |

Code |
Vehicle code chosen by the customer. This code can be modified under Settings > Management > Vehicles. |

Company card |
Different types of company card are supported and will be visible. If you are using several company cards, the correct company card needs to be specified for each vehicle. This can be done in "Vehicle management". |
To plan a remote data download, select a vehicle and choose Start tacho download in the column "RDD status".
It is also possible to sort and filter on RDD status.
