CHANGING PASSWORDS

 

STEP 1

 

A new user, who logs in for the first time, has to log in with the default password, provided by the administrator.

 

STEP 2

 

After the user has logged in, TX-CONNECT launches a new page, asking to change the default password to a custom password:

 

1. Fill in the "Current password".

2. Fill in the "New password".

3. Confirm the "New password".

4. Click Save.

 

 

STEP 3

 

You will get a confirmation screen, informing you that your password has been successfully changed.

 

Click to continue.

 

Remark: if your password has not been filled in correctly, you will get the following message:

 

STEP 4

 

The next screen confirms your login. On this page, you can launch TX-CONNECT.

 

 

If you click Change password, you will have to repeat step 2 till step 4.
