Under Settings > Management > Drivers it is possible to create a driver key. The Create driver key button in the lower left corner or the symbol in the filter grid allow you to create a TX-MAX key or a Quattro smart card.

Note that the TX-MAX driver must be installed to create a key. If not, the wizard will help you do so.
