When adding a route to a place, you have to make sure that this place has a location assigned to it. This can be an address or a company POI.

Next, choose whether you want to add a new or an existing route.

• When adding a new route, the map will open. The end point of the route is always the place for which you are creating the route. The starting point of the route will either be the previous place of the trip or the current location of the vehicle in case this place is the first place of the trip.

Now you still have the possibility to modify the route. When finished, you can calculate and send the route. After having sent the route, you will be redirected to the Create new trip screen.
