TREATED ALARMS |
To treat alarms, you have 2 possibilities:
Double-click on an alarm in the data grid. The following window will appear:
In this window, you can tick the check box to set the alarm to Treated. |

If the alarm has been treated, your name will automatically appear in the field next to Treated by. |
Right-click on an alarm in the Alarms data grid and select Set to "Treated".
If an alarm has been treated:
it will no longer be displayed in bold;
the icon will appear in the column "Treated?";
your name will appear in the column "Treated by".
Remark:
The administrator is able to set all alarms to "Treated". This means that for every user:
all alarms will no longer be displayed in bold;
the icon will appear in the column "Treated?";
the name of the administrator will be displayed in the column "Treated by".

UNDO THE TREATMENT OF ALARMS |
When you have set an alarm to "Treated" but cannot take the necessary actions, open the alarm by double-clicking on it and check off the box "Treated".
The alarm will be displayed in bold again, the icon will disappear from the column "Treated?" and your name will disappear from the column "Treated by".
Remark:
You can only undo the treatment of alarms you previously set to "Treated" and not the ones that were set to "Treated" by other users.
