INTRODUCTION

What is collaboration in TX-CONNECT ?

Via the TX-CONNECT platform, you can easily and in a controlled way, share the possibilities of a fleet management system between different companies.

The company that owns the fleet and lets out vehicles to another company is called a lessor.
The company that hires the vehicles is a lessee.
The cooperation between a lessor and a lessee is called a collaboration.
The agreement between the companies is a contract.
A lease term is a (fixed or recurring) period for leasing a vehicle.

GENERAL FLOW

	Lessor (fleet owner) defines profile.

Lessee follows his rented vehicles.		Lessor invites new lessee.
	Collaboration
Lessor assigns vehicles to the correct contract by drag & drop.		Lessee receives invitation via mail and approves the collaboration.
	Lessor creates a new contract.
